As a locally owned Transportation Network Company rooted in Hawaii’s ground transportation industry, we’re different in all the best ways. A Few Things That Make holoholo Special

• We offer both pre-planned and on-demand (called ASAP) rides. The bulk of the rides are preplanned, so you can better plan your day and choose where you want to work.
• You’ll see all trip details upfront (payout, pickup/drop-off locations, time, and distance) — something most other TNCs don’t provide.
• We genuinely value our drivers and work hard to give you consistent work and strong support.

Payouts & Stripe Setup

We use Stripe for fast, reliable payouts and credit card processing. Before you start driving, please set this up on the holoholo app.

1. Gather your bank account and routing numbers.
2. Open the holoholo Driver app and tap the “Earnings” tab (third button from the left).
3. Tap the green “Set Up Auto Deposit” button and follow the prompts (you’ll need your Social Security number and a photo of your driver’s license).
4. Enter your banking information.

Once approved (usually quick), we’ll send a $1 test deposit to confirm everything works. Payout Schedule:

We process payouts every Monday or Tuesday for the previous Monday–Sunday period. Funds typically appear in your account 2–3 business days later on Wednesday or Thursday.

How holoholo Pays Drivers

• You keep 65% of the base fare + 65% of the mileage rate.
• 100% of tips go directly to you.
